We welcome enthusiastic volunteers to support our retreats in a hands-on hospitality role — helping with guest care, meals, housekeeping, and the smooth flow of each gathering. In return, you'll receive nourishing food, shared accommodation, and the chance to be part of a truly enriching experience.

We also offer a small number of bursary places to those who can skill-share during a retreat — think painters, musicians, florists, basket weavers, or any creative who can offer a gentle workshop aligned with the spirit of our space.
