We welcome enthusiastic and warm-hearted volunteers to assist with the running of our unique retreats from March to October each year. Most of the work for our team of angels is hospitality-focused, including helping with guest care, cooking, housekeeping, and supporting the smooth running of our gatherings. Volunteers may also occasionally assist with light gardening, floral arrangements, tea making, foraging, or food preparation, depending on the season and retreat needs.

We especially welcome volunteers with a background in hospitality or guest services, as you'll be part of creating a nourishing, welcoming, and magical experience for our retreat guests.

In exchange, we offer a travel contribution, all meals, cozy accommodation, and the opportunity to be part of something truly special—supporting creative, healing retreats in stunning natural locations. You'll gain insight into how our gatherings are held, develop new skills, and join a passionate and caring team.

We are accepting gardening volunteers until mid June in Tuscany. This is only open to those who have prior experience in gardening work, permaculture, farming or landscaping. Open to all genders and couples.
