Return To Your Rhythm
The deepest transformation isn't linear; it's the quiet courage to return, again and again, to your own rhythm.
Retreat to the breathtaking Corinthian Gulf in the heart of the Peloponnese, Greece, for five nights and six days of connection, movement, and meaningful transformation.
This is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and return to yourself, to your own rhythm, your body, and the quiet wisdom within. Held in a stunning natural sanctuary where mountains meet the sea, this retreat offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly nourishes you.
More than a retreat, this is a fully held luxury experience, where every element has been thoughtfully woven together to support your journey. The land, the sea, the women you gather alongside, the nourishing seasonal food, daily movement, restorative practices, and carefully curated workshops all become part of your unfolding.
Hosted by Claire Lloyd, with the loving support and guidance of the Meadowsweet Team, you'll be held in a warm and welcoming space where you can rest, create, connect, and simply be. Whether you're sharing stories around the table, moving beneath the morning sun, immersing yourself in nature, or finding stillness by the sea, each day invites you to come home to yourself.
Leave feeling lighter, deeply nourished, and carrying the quiet kindling that continues to glow long after you return home.
The Sanctuary
Set within a 60-acre private nature reserve in the heart of the Peloponnese, Meadowsweet in Greece is a retreat where forest, sea, and mountain harmoniously converge. Surrounded by ancient pines, olive groves, and wild herbs growing along the pathway to a private cove with crystal waters, the sanctuary feels like a land-locked island - secluded, elemental, and deeply inspiring.
Following a sensitive renovation by a Greek-English artist, each room in this historic villa reflects quiet elegance, blending original stonework with softly painted palettes, natural textures, and nature inspired artwork. Legend whispers that the villa was once owned by a relative of Princess Diana, lending a gentle echo of heritage to this timeless space.
The bedrooms are each uniquely beautiful, offering either garden, mountain, or expansive sea views. All are filled with thoughtful details and layered comforts, inviting deep rest after days of creativity and connection. A private guest cottage sits just above the main house, with its own spacious living area, kitchen, and sweeping views over the ocean, ideal for those seeking extra seclusion within the retreat.
From the shaded kitchen terrace to the wide open lawns, the retreat invites us to move slowly and with intention. You might wake to the sound of goat bells in the hills, or fall asleep to the steady hum of cicadas echoing through the olive trees.
Whether held within the sanctuary of the villa or out in the wild Peloponnesian landscape, this is a space to remember your essence - where beauty, silence, and soulful creativity return you gently to yourself.
Your Guides

Through movement, stillness, nourishing rituals, and time spent in community, you'll be invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your own rhythm. There is nothing to achieve here. Just space to breathe, to listen, to be held, and to remember that everything you need has been within you all along.

Claire Lloyd is a somatic practitioner, wellness educator, and guide devoted to helping women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. Her work weaves together nervous system regulation, embodied movement, and somatic inquiry, creating spaces where deep healing, self-discovery, and lasting transformation can unfold.
Before stepping into this work, Claire spent over five years at Google and later became the Founding Partner of HealthyBaby, a pioneering non-toxic baby brand now stocked nationwide in Target. With an MBA from Columbia Business School and a degree from UCLA, she understands both the demands of high-performing modern life and the importance of finding balance within it.
Following her own experience of chronic illness, profound loss, and rebuilding her health from the inside out, Claire felt called to a different way of living and working, one rooted in presence, embodiment, and the body's innate capacity to heal. It was this journey that transformed not only her health, but also the direction of her life's work.
Drawing on her background as a dancer, Claire's approach is intuitive, gentle, and deeply embodied. Through movement, breath, and somatic practices, she supports women in releasing what no longer serves them, cultivating resilience, and reconnecting with themselves in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
